Religious License Plates? I think not...

You’re happy, excited and full of joy, until some liberal wacky sanfrancisco-style judge shoots it down, claiming it UNCONSTITUTIONAL!
“Government must never be allowed to express favored treatment for one faith over others," says Americans United executive director Rev. Barry Lynn in Opposing Views”
BUT WAIT! Even though Rev. Lynn makes an important point, what about you? Aren’t your beliefs being censored? Freedom of Speech?
So that’s where the issue is:
Freedom of Religious Expression within Government vs. Government Censorship of All types of Religion as to not express favorites.
Who’s right?
South Carolina has recently been in the middle of similar mess when they decided to issue “Christian License Plates.”
I personally feel as though the judge did the right thing to state that the license plates are unconstitutional.
In a somewhat similar case held in Utah, the government was forced to order new license plates when the government advertised “Ski! Utah.” If nonreligious advertisement cannot be placed on license plates then religious icons shouldn’t either.
Also, I have not seen any US state offer Islamic License plates or plates with the Virgin Guadalupe….
It’s simply not fair. Church has not place in Government.
